Tell us why you chose the sport you compete in?
I took to CrossFit with relative ease. It came naturally. I enjoyed the hard workouts and I loved competing. I like the diversity and pushing myself to see how good I can get.
What is your motivation to be the best at your sport?
I enjoy seeing friends and family proud of what I do and for myself I just really enjoy training and seeing how good I can get.
What would you consider to be the most important aspect of success in your sport?
What is your training philosophy?
You only get out what you put in. Training and Nutrition.
What is your nutrition philosophy?
Just eat real food
How do supplements play a role in your recovery and performance?
We train our bodies to be at their very best and it takes a toll. Supplements provide extra nutrition in an easy access way to help speed recovery and aid performance.
If you could only choose 3 supplements to use for the rest of your life, what would they be and why?
Protein powder, multi Vit/ Mineral, BCAA
What is one supplement that you noticed had an immediate/significant impact on your success in your chosen sport?
Protein shake post workout for post training recovery
Is there anything else you would like to tell our customers or your fans/followers?
Eat clean and organic where possible. Train smart, but train hard. Find time for sport outside of your chosen field of play.
